Dispute Resolution Lawyer Job Opportunity

**About the Role**

KHR - Recruitment Specialists is partnering with a leading legal practice in East Kent to recruit a Dispute Resolution Lawyer. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in resolving conflict and a strong track record of success in litigation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Represent clients in a broad range of disputes, including property law, employment law, probate and will disputes, contracts, boundary disputes, and general commercial litigation
* Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting court documents, witness statements, instructions to experts, and managing complex cases
* Regularly issue court proceedings and represent clients in court
* Provide high-quality client care and maintain strong relationships, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills

**Requirements**

* At least three years post-qualification experience in litigation
* Strong knowledge of litigation processes and experience with court proceedings
* Well-rounded skills across various areas of law, with the ability to manage a varied caseload
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring attention to detail and excellent client care
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

**Benefits**
