Solicitor - Mass Litigation Team (Glasgow/Edinburgh)

Thompsons Solicitors Scotland is a leading personal injury law firm in Scotland, seeking a skilled Solicitor to join our Mass Litigation Team in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Solicitor to work on a diverse range of complex legal cases, including personal injury, financial loss, employer's liability, product liability, data breaches, and breach of contract disputes. As a member of our team, you will be involved in all stages of the litigation process, from initial case assessment to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigation and litigation cases, working collaboratively with a team of professionals.
  • Contribute to training and mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Liaise with and instruct medical experts.
  • Draft a range of legal documents, including writs.

Requirements
  • You must be able to commute to either our Glasgow or Edinburgh office.
  • Experience of data breach claims and/or breach of contract disputes is desirable, but not essential.
