Data Solutions Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Solutions Strategist to join our Kelvatek Business Solutions team. As a Data Solutions Strategist, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining Kelvatek's data use cases and Data Product Roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Engagement with Customers: Engage with customers across all teams to capture requirements and data use cases.
- Support Sales Team: Support the sales team with customer presentations and proposals for data solutions.
- Product Roadmap: Define and maintain the Kelvatek data use cases and associated product roadmap.
- Collaboration with Data Solutions Product Owner: Work with the Data Solutions product owner to schedule and deliver features against the product roadmap.
- Interaction with Engineering, Project Management, and Service Delivery Teams: Interact with Engineering, Project Management, and Service Delivery teams to ensure successful product roadmap delivery in line with regional requirements.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise and business context to the data solutions team.
- Triage and Root Cause Analysis: Triage and root cause analysis for data quality issues.
- Management of Data Quality Issues: Manage data quality issues through collaboration with engineering and product management teams.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a product management role.
- Experience in Energy Sector: Experience of delivering data and software solutions to customers in the Energy sector.
- Data Management and Business Knowledge: A combination of data management and business knowledge to be able to translate the use case needs into data-driven solutions.
- Regulatory Obligations and Industry Requirements: Knowledge of regulatory obligations and industry requirements within the UK market – particularly DNO data & digitalisation strategies.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills.
- Data Analysis and Exploration Techniques: Experience of data analysis / data exploration techniques and tools.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence: Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- SCRUM Environment: Experience working in a SCRUM environment.
- Customer Insight and Problem-Solving: Evidence of use of customer insight and ability to problem-solve.
