Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and supplies within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory items to ensure timely availability and adherence to storage guidelines.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate the movement of materials and goods within the warehouse, ensuring adherence to FIFO principles and documentation guidelines.
  • Stock Management: Ensure adequate stock levels of critical materials and raise timely notifications to procurement teams for replenishment.
  • OTIF Achievement: Oversee and analyze OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) performance, resolving any escalations impacting factory OTIF.
  • Storage Optimization: Plan inventory volumes and optimize storage space utilization to ensure efficient use of warehouse capacity.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in warehouse/inventory management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Natural problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £45,000 negotiable.
  • Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 16.30.
