About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Primary School Assistant Teacher to join our EYFS/Key Stage 1 team on a full-time basis from January. As an Assistant Educational Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis as well as leading small groups.

Requirements
  • Experience in an EYFS or Primary setting
  • Ability to support pupils with SEND or a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence and ability to use initiative
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
  • Knowledge of relevant safeguarding policies and procedures
