About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary well-being and therapeutic services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of individuals with complex and developmental trauma, autism, and intellectual disabilities.
  • Collaborate with our team of Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for our service users.
  • Contribute to the development of our therapy services, providing expertise and guidance to inform service delivery and project work.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform the development of our services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge in occupational therapy.
Requirements
  • Relevant occupational therapy qualification.
  • Experience of working with adults and/or children with intellectual disabilities and autism, including complex trauma, mental health needs, and behaviours of concern.
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience in occupational therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals and teams.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to inform service delivery and development.
