Job Title: National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Lime Talent. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving growth and commercial success across our key online grocery accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute online strategies across our top 4 retailers, working closely with our Ecom Controller to achieve commercial success.
  • Drive growth for our business and key retail partners, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans across our top 4 retailers, aligning with our online grocery roadmap.
  • Take ownership of online execution plans, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with in-store execution.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to key clients, providing first-class support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or similar tertiary qualification.
  • Previous experience in online National Account Management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven expertise in full P&L management and JBP negotiation and delivery.
  • Experience with online grocery accounts, with a preference for Ocado.
