Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor - Devon Area

About the Role:
Pertemps Bond is seeking a qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to cover the Devon area. As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for undertaking a mix of Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in our properties to meet legal requirements. This will include single and multiple room surveys, roof and job-specific surveys, as well as full property management surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

* Undertake asbestos surveys in properties across the Devon area
* Meet legal requirements for asbestos management
* Provide high-quality service to clients
* Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

* BOHS P402 qualification
* Experience of undertaking refurbishment and demolition surveys
* Good level of literacy and numeracy
* Full driving license
