About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stand Fitting Coordinator to join our team at Global Experience Specialists. As a key member of our Stand Fitting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our clients' exhibition stands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate and verify information from internal stakeholders to ensure accurate instruction and works orders.
  • Input data into our systems, including Clarity, Sage, and GES Live, to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Book travel and accommodations for UK and European events.
  • Maintain and update planning packs and block plans, and distribute as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the Central Planning Team, including absence and holiday cover.
  • Process final figures and liaise with our Finance team to ensure timely invoicing and requisitioning.
About You

We are looking for a confident team player with a minimum of C grade GCSE Math's and English, and excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Event and exhibition industry experience is a plus.
