We're currently seeking a Regional Compliance Coordinator to oversee the collation of evidence and documentation required for Energy Efficient measures carried out under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) and other funding streams. This role will ensure compliance with scheme regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with SBS & SES teams to identify necessary measures and evidence for each scheme, communicating effectively with sub-contractors and site teams to obtain requested information within agreed timelines.
  • Develop trackers and logs to guarantee compliance, ensuring shared folder access (OneDrive; SharePoint etc) for each project.
  • Verify that required evidence is requested and stored correctly in line with project KPIs.
  • Establish ongoing relationships with clients to manage compliance expectations, deadlines, and data uploads to client share folders upon project completion.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Compliance Manager.

The successful candidate can expect an annual salary of approximately £45,000, depending on location and qualifications.
