About the Role

Aesthetics Talent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aesthetics Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing new client enquiries, converting them into appointments, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Liaison: Ensure exceptional customer service and convert enquiries into appointments
  • New Customer Enquiry Process: Manage the process over phone and email, liaising with the Clinic team
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues concerning the customer enquiry process
  • Sales and Product Sales: Meet and greet clients, selling treatments and products
  • Client Engagement: Contact existing clients with updates and offers
  • Reporting: Create regular reports demonstrating conversion of enquiries for management
  • Diary Management: Manage diaries and schedules
  • Administration and Front of House Cover: Provide administrative support and cover front of house duties
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in a similar role with a passion for aesthetics
  • Enthusiasm to be part of achieving business growth
  • Proven sales experience working with new patient enquiries, converting them into consultations/appointments and face-to-face treatment and product sales
  • Ability to meet targets and KPIs consistently
  • Professional attitude and presentation with the ability to liaise confidently with a high-profile clientele
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service-focused
  • Weekend availability
