Elysium Healthcare is seeking a skilled Bank Support Professional to join their team in Abergavenny, Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Healthcare Assistants or Support Workers looking for flexible working hours.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health care and be able to work well under pressure. As a Bank Support Professional, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with mental health conditions, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.

With a salary of £13.50 per hour, including a 12.07% holiday uplift, this role offers a competitive hourly rate and flexibility in scheduling shifts. You will also receive two and a half weeks of paid induction, app access to book shifts easily, free meals and parking, mandatory training, and wellbeing support.
