About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Care Companion in Romford. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and companionship to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication reminders, while respecting the personal preferences of each client.
Foster meaningful relationships through engaging conversations and shared leisure activities, bringing joy and companionship to our clients.
Support clients in reconnecting with their community, accompanying them to events, and assisting with shopping, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
