We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager to lead our finance team in the UK and drive financial success for beBee Professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Manage the company's cash flow and ensure financial stability.
- Oversee financial processes, including audits and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Design and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
