**Job Summary:** Childcare Practitioner Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Practitioner to join our team at Seed Recruitment Consultants ltd. As a Childcare Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational and developmental experiences of young children.

**Estimated Salary:** £26,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Job Description:**

The Childcare Practitioner will contribute to the development of a high-quality environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of children. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing activities that meet the needs of individual children, supporting all staff and engaging in a good staff team, and attending out-of-working-hours activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement activities that promote children's learning and development
  • Support parents and other family members
  • Attend out-of-working-hours activities

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A level 3 qualification or higher in childcare or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
