Principal Designer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal Designer to join our client, a well-established architectural practice with over 50 years of expertise in various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset, BIM proficiency, and the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams. They will ensure full compliance with CDM 2015 regulations while promoting creative, safe, and sustainable design solutions.

The successful candidate will oversee health and safety risks in design from concept to delivery, coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors for smooth project workflows, and ensure timely compliance with CDM regulations across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
