Cost Management Associate Director

Join Turner & Townsend Group as a Cost Management Associate Director and be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional cost consultancy services to clients. As a key member of our team, you will work on high-profile mixed-use real estate commercial development projects, driving cost optimization and value engineering to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of cost consultants in delivering feasibility estimates, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation, and value engineering.
- Champion a safe and secure work environment, promoting our company culture and values.
- Drive performance standards through expert communication and effective use of the performance management process.
- Work on diverse projects, analyzing data and evaluating various factors to resolve technical problems and provide expert advice to subordinates.
- Manage and regulate service delivery to achieve excellence, ensuring roles and responsibilities are understood by the team.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Accredited MRICS member.
- Experience managing high-value and complex projects within a consultancy environment.
- Commercially aware with excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Actively contributes to technical thought leadership and contributes to IP.
