Teaching Personnel: A Leading Provider of Educational Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a 1:1 Support Mentor at a Social, Emotional and Mental Health Provision in Bodmin.

The successful candidate will have experience working with young people who have additional needs and will be able to provide high-quality support and guidance to enable students to thrive. The role will involve working closely with teaching specialists to deliver tailored programmes, including 1-1 and small group settings, as well as off-site work to encourage students to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing care and support to students with additional needs
  • Working collaboratively with teaching specialists to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
  • Supporting students in small group and 1-1 settings
  • Participating in off-site work to promote student learning

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people who have additional needs
