About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team at INSHUR. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Adhere to our customer support team's SLAs and KPIs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized support and making customers feel valued
  • Have a thorough understanding of our insurance products and use this knowledge to answer customer queries
  • Accurately log customer information and policy details in our in-house systems
  • Assist in processing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and cancellations for existing insurance policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve our customer journey and suggest effective solutions
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required and provide cover for other team members
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a high-performing customer support environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as French, Spanish, and Dutch are an asset)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Zendesk and customer-facing knowledge bases is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Team player with a motivation to go above and beyond for our customers
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations without compromising standards
