Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Morgan Ryder Associates Limited. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the performance of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily maintenance and repair plans in adherence to the Agility Maintenance schedule to support manufacturing equipment Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
  • Support manufacturing weekly schedule to ensure availability at the required level of performance.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Manufacturing CNC equipment and tooling, with competence in fault diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
  • Analyse failure modes to create preventive maintenance regimes.
  • Record accurate feedback on completed tasks, including spare parts used, time taken, and any changes required.
  • Responsible for delivering robust reports/data integrity from asset inspections and maintenance, detailing identified defects.
  • Flexibility to support manufacturing production requirements, delivering the weekly schedule while maximising production uptime.
Requirements:
  • Minimum HNC/HND in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Experience in a factory/fabrication maintenance environment within a manufacturing maintenance background.
  • CNC machine maintenance experience.
  • Experience in working in a modern lean manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of PLC, Inverters, and Drives with demonstrable competence in fault diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
  • Practical knowledge and experience of maintenance and machinery control systems.
  • Ability to assess SHE risks and control risks accordingly.
  • Basic report writing skills.
