About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Customer Service team as a Retail Customer Service Manager. As a key member of our Shop team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, driving standards, and building strong relationships with customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Help customers understand our products and services, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Work closely with the Shop Manager to maintain high shop standards, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness.

Working Patterns

Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm, with a blend of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop, ensuring it's secure and ready for the next day.
