**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Wealth Administrator to join our team at St. James's Place Wealth Management. As a key member of our Financial Services office, you will provide vital support to our Wealth Managers and contribute to the success of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the full client review meeting process from end to end, ensuring seamless communication and timely completion of tasks.
* Update Confidential Financial Reviews and input data accurately and efficiently.
* Process and chase Letters of Authority, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Complete fund switches and send fund switch letters to clients, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
* Handle incoming calls and delegate tasks to other team members, providing exceptional customer service.
* Respond to client inquiries, addressing technical and administrative queries with professionalism and expertise.
* Manage workflow through Salesforce and Business Trackers, utilizing your organizational skills to optimize productivity.
* Engage in continuous learning and development, tailored to your ambitions and goals, to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**
* Relevant experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations.
* Proficiency in the use of Salesforce software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
* High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a high standard of written and verbal communication.
* Highly IT literate, with advanced skills in MS Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
* Ability to work calmly under pressure, handling conflicting demands and prioritizing tasks effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive, and positive attitude.
* Opportunity to complete CII exams, enhancing your knowledge and expertise.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing time effectively and multitasking with ease.
