Site Investigation Engineer

Allen & York Ltd are delighted to be working with a leading global provider of consulting and engineering services.

You will need to hold a degree in Geology or a related field and have extensive experience in ground investigation, including logging of soil and rock to BS5930, supervision of site works, groundwater and ground gas monitoring.

A full, clean driving licence is required for this role, and you will be expected to spend most of your time on site within the north of England. On occasion, you may be required to stay away overnight.

It would be advantageous to the role if you are security cleared, experienced with the Openground suite of software, and first aid trained.

  • Conduct ground investigations, including logging of soil and rock to BS5930
  • Supervise site works and monitor groundwater and ground gas
  • Hold a degree in Geology or a related field
