Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our NPD team, you will be responsible for chairing weekly meetings, ensuring timely completion of NPD actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chair weekly NPD meetings and ensure timely completion of NPD actions
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Create development costs and submissions for customer approval
  • Update project management software, product timelines, and project details
  • Submit new projects to the business sign-off forum for approval
  • Ensure quality standards are met and QA samples are approved in a timely manner
  • Work with the SPM/Commercial Manager and Innovation Manager to identify areas of opportunity for new business
  • Manage and mentor the Commercial Assistant (if applicable)

Requirements:

  • Spoken and written English language
  • Excellent level of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in marketing or product management within new product development roles
  • Project management experience with knowledge of project methodology such as Prince 2, Agile, or APM
