Job Description
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with students who require additional support due to SEMH needs. As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
About the Job:
- Job Type: Temporary
- Estimated Salary: £85-£105 per day
- Location: Primary Pupil Referral Unit in Salford
- Contract: Long-term placements with pathways to transition into permanent roles
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes for students.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement support plans.
- Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support students in developing essential life skills and achieving personal goals.
