About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Education Lead to join our team at Heron Hall Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on the Science curriculum within the academy, collaborating with colleagues and senior leadership to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the development and implementation of the Science curriculum.
  • Deliver engaging and innovative Science lessons that captivate and motivate students.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and senior leadership to ensure excellent teaching and learning experiences.
  • Provide leadership and support to colleagues within the Science department.
Requirements
  • Possess a strong understanding of the Science curriculum and its application in educational settings.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Hold a relevant qualification in Education or a related field.
