Assistant General Manager Opportunity

Urban Pubs, Bars and Restaurants are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Assistant General Manager to join their expanding group. With a diverse range of properties and new openings, this is an exciting time to join a people-focused and progressive operations-led business.

The Role
  • As Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue, taking ownership and demonstrating great commercial acumen.
  • You will be responsible for training, nurturing and developing your team to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
  • With a strong focus on customer service, you will be expected to provide superb floor service skills and have a solid understanding of business knowledge, from financials to customer satisfaction.
  • You will have the opportunity to train and personally develop your career as the company continues to grow.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager, depending on the property being looked at.
  • Solid communication and organisational skills, with the ability to be approachable and manage pressure with ease.
  • Strong all-round business knowledge, including financials and customer satisfaction.
  • Personal License holder beneficial.
