Role Summary:

As an Education Support Professional with Excell Supply, you will have the opportunity to work in various schools across Conwy, providing support to students and teachers alike. Your primary role will be to assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, as well as providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help.

About the Job:
Assisting teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment is key to this role. You will work closely with teachers to identify areas where students may need extra support, and develop strategies to help them succeed. Your strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team will be essential in ensuring that all students receive the support they need to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed
  • Support students with additional needs, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential
  • A genuine passion for working in education and supporting young learners
  • Flexibility to work in different schools and adapt to various classroom environments
