Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our residential conveyancing team as a Post Completion Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support in the post completion area, working closely with the conveyancing team to ensure seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in the post completion area, including data entry, document management, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist the conveyancing team with tasks such as preparing and sending documents, updating records, and maintaining accurate files.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Contribute to the team's efforts to achieve high-quality results, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, or relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role and experience in a customer service role is also essential.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
