Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to quality, safety and environmental management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and wider business management system requirements.
  2. Support collating and monitoring quality, safety and environmental performance KPIs, producing concise reports for annual management reviews and accreditation bodies.
  3. Represent the business during external audits and authority visits, working alongside the Safety & Compliance team.
  4. Demonstrate knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation in Rail and Non-Rail sectors, ensuring compliance across these areas.
  5. Support promoting a positive culture across the business.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven record of success in compliance, with strong understanding and exposure to ISO, RISQS, FORS.
  • Rail industry experience (desirable).
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence, willingness to travel to sites around the UK (essential).
  • IT literate in Microsoft 365 applications (essential).
