Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Tax Consultant to join our team at Leonid Group Ltd. As an Associate R&D Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our client's recruitment efforts for a leading R&D Tax firm in the West Midlands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review R&D tax claims for various industries.
  • Develop new value propositions for prospective clients related to their R&D projects and strategies.
  • Draft clear technical narratives and financial analysis documents for R&D activities across different sectors.
  • Interact with HMRC to provide additional support for defending claims prepared when necessary.
  • Express professional views regarding R&D tax relief and other sources of innovation funding.

Requirements:

  • STEM background with interest in applying skillset in R&D tax consultancy.
  • Experience in R&D Tax Consulting or a related field.
