Locum Practice Nurse Opportunity in Kent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Practice Nurse to join our team at a well-established and patient-focused medical practice located in Kent. Our practice is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services, and we are looking for a professional who shares our values and can provide excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate care and treatment
- Administer vaccinations and immunizations
- Manage chronic disease clinics and conduct health screenings
- Assist with minor surgical procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide health education and support to patients
- Adhere to clinical protocols and guidelines
- Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN
- Proven experience as a Practice Nurse
- Competence in a range of clinical skills, including vaccinations, wound care, and chronic disease management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the practice
- Up-to-date knowledge of current healthcare practices and regulations
