About the Role

We are looking for skilled and compassionate Education Support Workers to join our team at Wessex Lodge School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting pupils with complex needs, including Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Non-Verbal and Pre-Verbal and Communicational difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in their daily routines
  • Assist pupils in educational settings

Requirements:

  • GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Full Manual Driving Licence
  • Ability to offer Forest school, outdoor activities or adventure activities (desirable)

The estimated annual salary for this position is £20,906.
