About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant to join our Education team at Aspris Children's Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and education of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze behaviour incidents to inform support strategies
  • Report incidents through our incident management system
  • Update individual Behavioural Support Plans (BSPs), risk assessments, and missing person reports
  • Provide a central point of contact for pastoral support and liaison with staff, parents, and students
  • Record behaviour incidents and coordinate pastoral support
  • Deliver whole-school pastoral support to individual students as needed
Requirements
  • Experience working in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
