Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze behaviour incidents to inform support strategies
- Report incidents through our incident management system
- Update individual Behavioural Support Plans (BSPs), risk assessments, and missing person reports
- Provide a central point of contact for pastoral support and liaison with staff, parents, and students
- Record behaviour incidents and coordinate pastoral support
- Deliver whole-school pastoral support to individual students as needed
- Experience working in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) environment
