Care Assistant

FitzRoy services in Uckfield provide support to adults with learning disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will join a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support.
You will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents have access to the activities they choose to participate in, such as day services, social outings, fundraising, and visits to the local pub.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with their daily needs, including personal care and activities.
- Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that our residents receive a high-quality service.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.13 per hour for weekdays and £13.34 per hour for weekends.
- Overtime shifts are paid at a rate of £2.50 per hour.
- Time and a half or double time for public holidays.
- Sleep-ins are paid at a rate of £50 per night.
- 30 days holiday when you start.
- Various hours available for bank employees.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will need to have a full UK manual driving license, as you will be driving our vehicles and participating in activities in the community.
We offer comprehensive training and support to ensure that you have the skills and confidence to deliver excellent care and support.
