About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at ATA Recruitment. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the management of the PPM system, assigning work orders to maintenance crews, and managing spares. You will also be responsible for running daily meetings, 1-2-1s, and coordinating any necessary training for engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of a team of experienced maintenance engineers
  • Maintenance planning
  • Leading CI activities
  • Reporting on KPI's
  • PPM activity on equipment
  • Mechanical and electrical reactive support
  • Attending breakdowns and carrying out fault finding to resolve engineering issues

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Engineering experience and managing a team of engineers
  • Able to work autonomously and independently
  • Experience working on PLC's
