Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Scotia Heights, a beautiful care home located in Stoke-on-Trent. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Delivering person-centred care to our residentsManaging medication and treatmentsMaintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid NMC registration and a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and families.
