About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Team Lead Manager to join our dynamic team at Vodafone UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage a team of skilled advisors, delivering exceptional customer service via voice channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team by coaching, developing, and motivating individuals to achieve best-in-class service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Develop knowledge and skills within the team through regular training sessions and real-time feedback.
- Perform daily management of team members, providing constructive feedback on behavior, performance, productivity, and quality.
- Lead performance management and HR processes related to people management, employee relations, and wellbeing.
- Create an energized, engaged, and enabled environment through high-impact communication and coaching.
- Maintain a strong presence as a role model for leadership, promoting Vodafone Advocacy and TRUST framework values.
- Provide timely performance updates to direct managers and leverage available training resources.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven background in Consumer Sales/Contact Centre environments. Your strong operational expertise, understanding of contact centre performance metrics, and inspirational leadership will enable you to drive results in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in consumer sales/contact centre roles, with a focus on leadership and team management.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills, with a track record of success in leading teams and driving results.
- Excellent coaching skills, with the ability to create an environment where people feel empowered and engaged.
- Able to work in a 'fast-paced' environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple stakeholders.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
