The role of an SEN Teaching Assistant - Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist is a crucial one in supporting students with ASD in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ideally within a primary school setting.">
  • A passion for supporting students with special educational needs.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with students.">
  • A proactive and flexible approach to working in a dynamic school environment.">
  • An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one.">
