Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Clerk Team Leader/Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager and Supervisor with all aspects of the Customs brokerage Department, ensuring the proper and timely movement of freight, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Manager and Supervisor with all aspects of the Customs brokerage Department.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
  • Allocate workloads, monitor workboards to ensure internal KPI's are met.
  • Assist in retention calls and complete customer reviews with regular customers.
