About the Job

We are looking for a Site Development Executive to join our team at National Car Parks Limited. As a Site Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in the identification, acquisition, and development of car parks across the UK.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate potential sites for development, conducting thorough research and analysis to inform strategic acquisition decisions.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate deals and secure site acquisitions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive development plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and developing sites.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
