Sales Development Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team in Plymouth, United Kingdom.
Salary and Benefits: A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions) is offered, along with the potential to earn up to £50k - £70k per year through uncapped commission. Additional benefits include a car allowance, 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and birthday off.
About the Role: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to residents, selling products, and bringing new customers to Virgin Media O2. You will work primarily outdoors, meeting with prospective customers at their doorstep and connecting them with our cutting-edge products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a positive attitude, self-motivation, and resilience to deal with rejections. You must also have a valid UK driving license with no more than 8 points.
Training and Support: Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. During your first 3 weeks, you will attend an in-office induction with your manager and complete self-led learning exercises.
Security Vetting Checks: All candidates selected for this position will be required to undergo security vetting checks prior to commencing employment. These checks are essential to ensure the safety and integrity of our operations.
