We are seeking an experienced lawyer to fill the role of Locum Planning Team Leader (Lawyer) in our London office. As a key team player, you will be responsible for negotiating major agreements and advising on high-profile regeneration schemes. Your expertise in planning law will be crucial in driving urban development projects forward.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have a current practising certificate and significant planning, highways and regeneration legal experience. They will also possess strong management skills and a background in Local Government would be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities:
  • Negotiating on major agreements
  • Handling complex s106 agreements
  • Managing a team of Planning Lawyers and Paralegals
  • Representing clients at Planning Inquiries
Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a vibrant Local Authority based in London.
