About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Supervisor to join our team at Greggs Plc. As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring that customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain excellent standards of the shop
  • Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
  • Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
  • Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
  • Keep the shop looking clean, tidy, and presentable
