About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Director to lead our fitness team and deliver an exceptional fitness experience to our members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and training the team, driving new member sales and retention, and delivering high-quality fitness programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company as an ambassador for fitness and wellness
  • Lead national focuses and incentives, such as #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges
  • Advocate for our member on-boarding program, MOVE, and deliver and lead by example
  • Own the REDEFINE product and drive cohort sales and engagement
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers
  • Ownership of group training timetables and monitoring performance
  • Grow and optimize member engagement within the community
  • Delivery of own on-shift classes and driving new member sales and retention
  • Support the wider team by driving all revenue lines and delivering honest, constructive feedback
Requirements
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
  • CIMSPA Practitioner level certification
  • Knowledge of running personal training sessions and experience in group training modalities
  • Strong leadership qualities and a passion for coaching others
  • Adaptability in communication and management style to motivate and inspire the team
  • A positive, solutions-driven mindset and a member champion mentality
  • Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop
