About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at The White House Nurseries. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in childcare and education, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding policies. You will be committed to delivering exceptional care and promoting the welfare of children, families, and our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging activities to support children's learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency of care and promote a positive environment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare and education (or equivalent).
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding policies.
  • A compassionate, approachable, and friendly personality, with a commitment to promoting equality and diversity in childcare practices.
