We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Field Service Engineer to join our service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service experience to our clients in the CNC industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to service calls on a regional basis, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  2. Perform installations, service, repairs, and breakdowns of CNC machinery, including milling machinery, to the highest standards.
  3. Offer expert advice and technical support to customers, providing solutions to complex problems.
  4. Fault find both electrically and mechanically, using your skills and knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues.
  5. Report directly to the service manager, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in the CNC service industry, with a strong understanding of CNC machinery and technology.
  2. Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach.
  3. Recognised electrical or mechanical qualifications, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to your craft.
