Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support, serve as a trusted advisor to management, and contribute to the development of a high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR initiatives and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a HR Advisor, Coordinator, or Generalist, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industrial sector.
  • Strong talent acquisition and onboarding process experience.
  • CIPD Level 3, with a preference for Level 5 or actively working towards it.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum DOE and industry exposure.
