Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Nursing Position to join our team in delivering high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

This role provides the opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team, contributing to the development and implementation of comprehensive care plans.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with experience in conducting assessments, planning and implementing individualized care for patients with mental health conditions.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, promoting education and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care plans and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to trust policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Active registration with the NMC as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

Estimated Salary: £24 - £30 per hour, paid through an umbrella company.
