Fire Safety Contracts Manager

About the Role:
As a Fire Safety Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our reactive and PPM service delivery. This involves ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service while adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- To oversee the effective day-to-day management of contracts, guaranteeing seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- To lead, support, and develop your team to maintain the highest professional standards at all times, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- To establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, promoting outstanding customer service and driving business growth.
- To manage all aspects of accurate pricing, from quotations to invoicing, ensuring transparency and reliability.
- To track and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with client expectations, delivering measurable results and success.
- To take ownership of procurement for contract-related materials, streamlining processes and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- To stay proactive in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, embracing best practices and minimizing risks.
- To mentor and train junior supervisors and engineers, empowering them to grow and excel in their roles.
About You:
- A minimum of three years' experience in contract management is required, preferably within the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, FIA, and BAFE qualifications are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is essential.
- You should possess excellent presentation, leadership, and management skills to drive success.
